We start by clarifying the plan type, costs, network rules, benefits, exclusions, and enrollment requirements.
Helping Florida individuals and families understand their health coverage options.
(561) 652-6700Founded in 2023 by Paul Petrac, Healthie Insurance Agency helps Florida individuals and families understand coverage options with personal service, practical explanations, and more than 50 years of combined private health insurance experience.

Healthie Insurance Agency was founded in 2023 with a straightforward idea: people should not have to navigate health insurance alone. The agency brings together experienced insurance professionals who understand how confusing plan documents, enrollment rules, provider networks, and cost-sharing can become.
Our work is centered on Florida consumers. We help individuals and families compare available options, ask better questions, and understand the tradeoffs before selecting coverage.
That means looking beyond a monthly premium. A useful comparison also considers deductibles, copays, coinsurance, out-of-pocket limits, doctors, hospitals, prescriptions, eligibility requirements, and the limitations written into a policy.
We do not believe a policy should be treated as a simple price quote. Clients deserve a plain-language explanation of what they are considering and where the limitations may be.
Our approach is designed to help clients feel informed rather than rushed.
We start by clarifying the plan type, costs, network rules, benefits, exclusions, and enrollment requirements.
A low premium can hide higher costs elsewhere. We help clients examine the broader financial picture.
Availability, benefits, savings, networks, and approval requirements differ by plan and applicant circumstances.
Our relationship does not have to end when coverage starts. We remain a point of contact for insurance questions.
Founder, Healthie Insurance Agency
Paul Petrac founded Healthie Insurance Agency to create a more direct and supportive experience for people buying their own health insurance. The agency combines established industry knowledge with a simpler, consumer-focused way of communicating.
The goal is not to overwhelm clients with every possible option. It is to understand the household, identify the details that matter, and help the client make a better-informed decision.
Health insurance is easier to approach when someone takes the time to explain the choices, costs, and limitations in plain language.
Health insurance decisions often involve more than choosing a company name or monthly price. We help organize the information that can materially change how a policy works for you.
We review who needs coverage, current insurance, timing, budget, preferred providers, prescriptions, and expected care.
Available plans are compared according to benefits, costs, provider access, enrollment rules, and policy limitations.
Before enrollment, we help check the effective date, first premium, required information, and the documents tied to the selected plan.
Clients can contact us when they need help understanding benefits, policy documents, or the appropriate next step.
